* Our delivery aims are based on the average delivery times (after dispatch) experienced by the majority of our Customers. Normally orders may take 2 - 3 days to be dispatched. As we cannot guarantee the exact speed of all our delivery services we ask that you wait 7-10 business days before contacting us about an overdue delivery.

Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order and offer a 10 day no quibble guarantee on all products purchased through Cosmeticwork. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 10 days of receipt and we will refund you at the price you paid for the product(s). Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any products that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used.

Cancellations
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Make a Return
Please package your product(s) securely in the original packaging and return to the address we provided (please contact our email at : services@cosmeticwork.shop for returned address). You will also need to include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the product(s). This will enable us to refund the correct account.
For International Customers, we are unable at this time to offer a free post address for returns. Delivery charges incurred will not be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
